Max Brandl is a design technologist and research assistant at the HfG Offenbach University of Art and Design. He studied Interactive Media Design at the Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences and then completed a Master’s in Data-Driven Design at the University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. During his studies, he placed a particular focus on the areas of machine learning and artificial intelligence, specializing in design, automation and data analysis in the context of intelligent spaces and environments. Together with other colleagues, he launched the “Immersity Lab” project, which is funded by the Hessian Ministry of Digitalization and Innovation. In this interdisciplinary project team, he is working on the implementation of AI-supported analyses and process optimization and automation using AI, in addition to UX/UI design.
