What can new solutions for environmentally friendly and people-friendly mobility look like? How can the interaction of people with the traffic infrastructure, with means of transportation, buildings, objects and information be designed in such a way that a positive experience of sustainable mobility becomes possible? Design decisions mediate between people and mobility systems and thus influence user experiences. At the HfG Offenbach University of Art and Design, concepts and designs are developed, for example, for the design of transit situations in public transport, cycling infrastructures, innovative bicycles or micromobiles. An important tool here is the testing of design decisions in virtual reality simulations.
